my fav newsletter to motivate!

Every Monday & Friday morning, I get my fav e-mail: The Monday Morning Lift or MML

I seriously look forward to this week after week.

Basically, it’s a newsletter sent out every Monday & Friday morning with very, very motivating quotes.

MML a quick read & a quick little something-something to push you into your full potential.

It was introduced to me via my instagram friend, Bela {love her account btw! everywhere she goes, I add to my “must eat” list in SF}. Basically, she’d post screenshots on her stories with the quotes that rang home to her… & I found they did for me too. I immediately signed up for the Monday Morning Lift!

In fact, I signed Erik up too & he loves it too.

I always look forward to mornings before he goes to work and has coffee here at home when he reads a quote that rang home to him. This was the one he read to me the other Friday: “A high income combined with no desire to impress anyone is a potent combination for saving a ridiculous amount of money.” ~Steven Mehr

You should also know, in my inbox, I have a folder called MML. Basically I file away each and every one in this folder & revisit it often. It’s the digital fire under my seat each and every time.

It changed my life & productivity so much that I HAD to share it here too.

Also I wanted to share some of my fav MML quotes here too! I keep a running doc of them in my evernote {my #1 most used app btw}! I’ll share Erik’s in a seperate post one of these days 🙂
