currently loving: karen scott on depop + my vintage picks ♡

cozy, casual vibes

Y’all know my love for depop!

As a quick refresher, think of it as instagram for shopping vintage / thrift / second hand. Users upload what they’re selling & you can like, comment, DM, or buy!

I’d say my closet at this point is 60% depop; 20% reformation; 10% express {i LOVE their button downs & always size up}, & 10% from our personal travels.

…if we are being honest, I’m pretty into that ratio.

I talked a bit about how I handle depop here, especially for finding rad designer deals… but what about items that aren’t designer?

Like, sometimes I just want a certain style sweater or something & I don’t mind who the brand is, you know?

As the season transitions, I find myself relying back on my trusty mock & turtlenecks & one of my favourite searches are “cable knit mocknecks”

& that’s how I found Karen Scott! & fell in LOVE! It’s my fave brand to look for on depop right now.

Think perfect cable knit sweaters, pastel hues, & my personal fave: pastel mocknecks with a pearl button detail on the neck.

I also love the ribbed sweaters & cloud white knits. Two recent buys of mine was this cable knit sweater {size M} & the ribbed mockneck {size XL } – both pictured. I got really lucky with the first one because it was never worn with the tags still attached!

Kinda perfect right?!

I find this brand fits on the smaller size so don’t be afraid to size up here.

& how to style the oversized sweaters

+ half tucked in skinny jeans: i like the reformation high & skinny or serena crop

+ worn over a silky slip dress, try matching the colours for a chic co-ord monochromatic look

+ worn with low or mid rise satin pant like these. Express always has a great selection of these! {i recc sizing down 1 size}

try searching “karen scott” on depop if you’re looking for some chic, timeless cozy sweaters… not to mention they’re always pretty inexpensive!
