PIN IT!! KOMBUCHA POPSICLES… & only 2 ingreds!

Oh, heyyyyyy summer ?

I’ve been on a HUGE popsicle kick lately. Not only are they EASY but they are my go to dessert.

I love them since they pretty much last forever – lol! Any dessert that I am eating for a while is a w in my book.

It really satiates that sweet tooth & they are just SO refreshing.

These kombucha popsicles are no exception…. AND you get a dose of probiotics!

For starters, it’s only 2 ingredients.

Kombucha + Fruit

It’s literally as easy as can be. Take the fruit & kombucha and blend it {I use this blender}! Literally, it takes 30 seconds.ย Then, pour into popsicle molds and let freeze!

&&&& to make it even better, you can customize it however you want – use whatever fruit and whatever Kombucha you want!

As far as quantities, it really depends on the molds you use & taste. If you want it fruitier and sweeter, go heavy on the fruit. I did a 1:1 ratio of fruit and kombucha.

Generally speaking, 1 cup (8oz each) is a good start.

GT’s Guava kombucha is one of my all time favourite booches so I did that with strawberry for a match made in heaven.

For fruit, seriously, use whatever you want: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, cherries, mangos, pineapples… you get it.

Also, to make it even better, there’s no added sugar!

Real quick- let’s run through the health bennies from the ‘booch: a natural source of probiotics,ย improved digestion, immune support, joint health, liver support, detoxification, & even weight loss… aka win, win, win, win, win, & win.ย {via}

Now, some kombuchas can be a little on the acidic or tart side, so if preferred, you can add a kiss of raw honey to the mixture.

And what to do with any leftover juice? I like to spike it and have a healthy lil cocktail! Kombucha goes reaaaaally well with any clear liquor {I like gin!} or champagne. Trust.

Anyways, this is a super easy, fun, healthy, & most importantly DELICIOUS dessert, and one to bring to any 4th of July Pool Parties!
